Return & Exchange Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current consumer law, you have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason or pay any penalties.
As a commercial gesture, we extend this period to 30 days, under the conditions described below.
Hygiene Exception: For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed items that have been opened, tried on, or worn (e.g. socks). Only new, unworn products in their original, intact packaging can be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged,

include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and a copy of your invoice or delivery note,

be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customized items or promotional products may not be eligible for return, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.
Any item returned opened, worn, washed, or in poor condition will be refused and may be sent back to you at your expense.
3. Return Procedure
Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@alessio-us.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will provide the return instructions and the correct return address.
Packages sent without prior approval or to the wrong address may be refused.
Customers must use a trackable shipping method and keep the proof of shipment. If the package is lost by the carrier and no valid proof of shipment is provided, no refund can be issued.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (defective product, wrong item, order preparation error): return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

If the return is due to a change of mind (size, color, personal preference): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds or Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected:

we will issue a refund via the original payment method, or
-
arrange an exchange, depending on your preference and product availability.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Processing Times
Processing a return (inspection + refund or exchange) may take up to 14 business days after we receive your package. You will receive an email update at each stage.
7. Special Cases

Customized items: cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer: we cannot be held responsible. If the package is returned to us, we can arrange a reshipment with costs borne by the customer.
