We will provide you with the return instructions and, if applicable, the return address.
Before shipping your package, please ensure it is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For customers located in the continental United States, Alessio Underwear covers all return shipping costs. Simply contact us by email to receive your prepaid return label.
5. Refunds or Exchanges
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will:

Arrange an exchange, according to your preference.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
